• Tickets are non-refundable. PayPal account isn’t mandatory – there is an option to pay direct from credit card. Please check your junk/spam folder for confirmation email
• Dogs are not permitted to any session other than assistance dogs
• Children under 18 are only allowed during the Saturday afternoon session and don’t need tickets themselves
• Smoking is allowed in uncovered outdoor areas only
• There is a disabled toilet on the ground floor. Access for mobility scooters and push wheelchairs can be arranged. It is not practical to allow vehicle access during the festival opening hours
